What if I miss a session?

If you are unable to attend a session, students can request the recording/link via email at info@herroyalinstitute.com. Please note that we encourage punctuality, as classes will start on time. You will only be able to request the recording within 2 weeks of the missed class.

How does your program work?

Once you purchase a class program, you’ll receive an email containing:

  • A flyer with program details.

  • A permission form for parents to sign on behalf of their student.

  • A form to input contact and shipping information to receive the welcome kit.

  • The Zoom link that will be used for each class session.

Do I need specific equipment to attend?

Yes, you’ll need access to a phone, tablet, computer, or other device to attend and view the online sessions.

Are these classes accredited?

No, we are not accredited. However, our instructors provide firsthand knowledge and experience to equip students with valuable tools for success in the fashion and beauty industries.

Do you offer in-person classes?

Currently, we only offer online sessions. However, we plan to introduce in-person classes in the future. Stay tuned!!

Will there be homework?

All activities are designed to be completed during class. However, if you need additional time, you are welcome to complete projects outside of class. There are no grades—your progress is self-paced and based on your effort.

What age range are these classes designed for?

Our 6 week program is currently tailored for 12-18 year olds, ensuring the content is engaging and suitable for all participants.

What if I want to take the program again?

You’re more than welcome to enroll again! Each session builds on prior learning and provides new opportunities to grow your skills and expand your portfolio.

Where do I find the Zoom Link to join?

Once a program is purchased, we will send you the Zoom link where all classes will be held.

Is there any grading or exams?

No, this program is designed to be fun and supportive. There are no grades or exams—just opportunities to learn, create, and explore.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, refunds are available if requested before the first day of class. Please email us at info@herroyalinstitute.com. However, the welcome kit must be returned in unused condition for a full refund. Please note that shipping costs for returning the kit are the responsibility of the purchaser.

I’m interested in the program, but I’m not within the age limits. Can I still join?

We’d love to hear from you! If you’re outside the age range, please contact us directly. We’re constantly expanding our offerings and would love to explore ways to accommodate you.

Can parents join in on the classes?

Absolutely! Parents are welcome to sit in on the classes. However, we encourage parents to give their children the freedom to express themselves and fully engage in the program, as that’s one of its core goals.

What is included in the welcome kit?

Each welcome kit contains all the materials and supplies needed for the program, tailored to the classes they’ll attend. Kits may include items like sewing supplies, craft materials, tools for creative projects, etc.

What is the cancellation policy for classes?

Classes may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling or refunds.

How does the sibling discount work?

The sibling discount makes it easier for families with multiple students to participate. Add all class programs for each child to your cart, and use the code CourtCrew at checkout to receive 20% off. Please note that this discount is exclusively for families enrolling more than one child. If the code is applied incorrectly (e.g., for only one child), you’ll be required to pay the remaining balance before class materials can be shipped.
